Music
Elle started her music career by performing her written songs and gathering many songs, music Infos and shining her performance attributes. She was discovered by RCA Chairman Peter Edge who offered her a signing contract. After signing with RCA Elle launched her first single “Good To Be A Man”. She later released an EP, named The Elle King EP.
The EP contained four songs among which, “Playing for Keeps” got a huge set of recognition. It was used in the VH1 series Mob Wives Chicago’s premiere. She made an appearance at the South by Southwest Festival which was staged at Austin in Texas. She also performed at the Hammersmith Apollo.
Elle was soon recognized by Esquire magazine as an Artist to Watch in 2012. She appeared at her first late-night show at the Late Show with David Letterman. Elle toured in 2012 with famous bands and artists such as Dropkick Murphys, Dashboard, Dry the river, Train, Of Monsters, and Men.
