Michael Mosley started his career as a banker in the City of London. After working as a banker for two years he decided to become a psychiatrist but was soon disillusioned by psychiatry. In the year 1985, he becomes a trainee assistant producer at the British Broadcasting Corporation. He has produced several popular television science programs like The Human Face, Inventions That Changed the World, and three series with Professor Robert Winston.
Along with production, he has presented several popular shows like Blood and Guts, Medical Mavericks, The Story of Science, Make Me, and others.
He was also the subject of the popular television documentary titled 10 Things You Need to Know About Losing Weight. In the year 2010, he has also produced and presented the popular BBC Two television series titled The Story of Science Power, Proof, and Passion.
