He was leaving the Riva Motorsports motorcycle dealership when his car was blocked by a black S.U.V. in the parking lot itself. Two armed men approached him, took the Louis Vuitton bag having cash worth $ 50,000 in it, and killed him. He was later taken to the Broward Health North Hospital, where he was announced dead. The accused, Michael Boatwright, who pulled the trigger, Dedrick Devonshay, and a few others were arrested by the police a few days after his murder. The criminals were charged with first-degree murder without premeditation.
